When you do get a quote, as if the scooter will be shipped to a warehouse and then have to wait until they get a load into your area. Or, is it delivered immediately. Another question to ask is, do they allow gasoline to be left in the gas tank. If you have to remove the gas, put a BIG sign on the bike, NO GAS.
